PICK UP your unsold items at the site
on Sunday, September 28, 5-7pm

Consignors can pick up your unsold items between 5 and 7pm on Sunday, Sept 28. The Pass It On sale ends at 1pm. We will pull out items marked for donation and then sort all remaining items by consignor number so they will be easy for you to pick up. Whatever is not picked up by 7:30pm goes on the donation truck so we can get out of the building on time.

When you arrive, please go to the BACK of the building where you went for Drop Off and check in. A volunteer will bring your items to you in your box. Our workers will know where everything is, so please be patient and don't wander around looking for your things. Wanderers get in the way, cause workers to waste their time, and make everything take longer for everyone.

BONUS: We will have a special DOLLAR DASH CASH sale during Pickup FOR CONSIGNORS ONLY! All items heading for the donation center will be $1 regardless of marked price. Please note: this is a CASH ONLY sale. We can make change for larger bills, but come prepared with cash.

VERY IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE pick up your things first. Take them to your car. THEN come back in and shop the Dollar Dash. Help us stay organized or we won't be able to offer the Dollar Dash sale at all in the interest of clearing out.

If you won’t be able to pick up your remaining items during the Pick Up time, make arrangements to have someone else pick them up for you. All merchandise that is still not picked up by 7:30pm on Sunday will be donated. The truck will be loaded at this time, so if you want your unsold items back, please arrive during the designated pick up time or send a friend.

We want to release your things to the correct person, so if you are not planning to show up in person, please notify us during Drop Off and we will write down an authorized name. At pickup we will reference their name against our list to make sure they are approved. This is for your protection.

Please note that anyone who says they will pick up their unsold items (we record this choice during drop off) but does not show up or send someone to do it will be charged a $10 fine, taken out of your final check. This determines how we resort everything. It is easy to pull the donated items first, and takes much more time to sort everything down by number. Please be considerate. If you are not planning to pickup your unsold items, please mark all tags to Donate and we will not end up with a pile for you at the end.

We will have a process during drop off where we note if you are selling a large item and we can call you if it is still there at the end. We understand the dilema that you may not want to make the trip out for a few small items but would come for the big things. Please give us a phone number where you can be reached and expect a call between 3 and 5pm. If we move your items to the donation pile before 5pm, you will not be fined for not picking them up.
