Eugene's Spring 2012 Sale Schedule

This calendar shows what is going on each day. Decide how you want to be involved, as a consignor, volunteer, shopper, or all of the above. Check your calendar and see what works for you.

Consignors please drop off your items any time on Friday 12-7pm at the back door of the Expo Hall 2 building. If you have more than 300 items, please do not come at 7pm, the earlier the better. We need to end inspections promptly at 8pm and begin merchandising the sales floor.

Volunteers may shop the Presale on Friday night at 8pm but will not be able to pay or take items home as we are technically not allowed to sell items on Friday since it is a move in day. Talk to Kim for details.

Our Consignor Presale takes place at 9am on Saturday morning, before we open to the public. The sale will open to the public at 10am and run until 7pm. After we clear the floor of shoppers, the volunteers will be admitted for the Half Price Presale at 7pm.

The sale will open to the public again on Sunday at 10am and many items will be half price. Then we take the time to sort all items to be picked up by consignors, who arrive at 6pm. Please enter at the front door as the back door will be blocked by our trailer while we load our equipment into it.
